ALICE by Temperley is well known for her focus on beautiful fabrics and hand-finishes
and has been hailed as "the designer making the biggest waves in British fashion' by
American Vogue
She has targeted the younger demographic that contains more affordable and casual pieces.
Her Spring/Summer 2011 was inspired by the Queen of France, Marie
Antoinette.
The collection is taken from past centuries' French fashion. The clothing has cotton
play suits, motorcycle leather and peasant-inspired
cross-stitch blouses in a wonderful
color of soft palette of whites, creams, blushes
and nudes with an injection of hot pink.
Her line is affordable and too good to resist.
